I publish what I learn on real client engagements, plus the patterns I see across the wider ecosystem.

Background

I've spent the last decade working across ecommerce platforms, from agency Shopify rollouts to enterprise Plus consulting. I started writing publicly to push myself to articulate the playbooks I was using in client work.
